In caietul de sarcini se regasesc cantitatile minime (o luna) si maxime (24 luni) pe durata intregului acord-cadru, precum si cantitatile minime (o luna) si maxime (12 luni) care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări cel mai tarziu în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
