Kilkenny -. Demolish existing structures, remove existing paving and concrete slab, adjust drainage, construct foundations, erect new steelwork structural frame, fit roofing and cladding and external glazing. Plasterwork externally at high level over new roof structure. Remove existing internal screens and replace with fire rated glazed screens, construct plasterboard linings and partitions. Complete mechanical, electrical installations, construct new stairs to ground floor level. Complete all building finishes, new joinery, floor coverings, painting, decoration, sanitary fittings, wall tiling and stair finishes. Commission and certify all services and installations. Clean and handover.
