Acordul-cadru se va încheia cu maxim 2 operatori economici. Operatorii economici participanţi la licitaţie trebuie să fie societati specializate în producerea şi/sau comercializarea produselor care fac obiectul lotului ofertat. Acestia au posibilitatea de a depune oferta pentru unul sau mai multe loturi. Estimarea cantitatilor minime si maxime aferente acordului cadru si a celui mai mare contract subsecvent se regasesc la nivelul documentatiei de atribuire (in caietul de sarcini). Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 5 zile.
