Vollsmose kontorhus er beliggende på Risingsvej 101 i Odense NØ. Byggeriet er et kontorhus opført i 4 etager med teknikhuse på taget. Det udføres for AP Ejendomme med Odense kommune som hovedlejer. Herudover etableres 2 mindre erhvervslejemål i bygningen. Byggeriet udføres som et traditionelt elementbyggeri i beton med skalmurede facader. Indvendig aptering udføres med lette vægge i gips/glas, nedhængte akustikregulerende lofter samt gulvbelægninger i varierende materialer, som træ, klinker, tegl, tæpper etc. Etagearealet andrager ca. 8500 m2 samt ca. 550 m2 teknikhuse på taget. Udenomsarealerne udføres med ca. 5000 m2 befæstede arealer, udlagt som hhv. adgangsvej, ppladser, stier og pladser. Øvrige arealer er udlagt som beplantede grønne arealer.
