Поръчката предвижда сключване на рамково споразумение с потенциални изпълнители за: извършването на специализирани услуги по оценка на съответствието на инвестиционните проекти, строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на строителни и монтажни работи по общо изграждане на сгради, изпълнение на основни и текущи ремонти, реконструкции, укрепителни и възстановителни работи, преустройства и премахване на съществуващи сгради, обекти, съоръжения и прилежащи към тях терени; извършването на строителен надзор по време на ремонт и реконструкция на паркови пространства, площадки и обекти от благоустройствената инфраструктура; извършването на строителен надзор по време на изграждане, ремонт и рехабилитация на улици и тротоари и обекти от техническата инфраструктура за нуждите на възложителя, представляващи услуги, възлагани с конкретните договори – съответно групирани по видове сходни дейности в посочените обособени позиции: Обособена позиция № 1: «Извършване на строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на СМР по общо изграждане на сгради, изпълнение на основни и текущи ремонти, реконструкции, укрепителни и възстановителни работи, преустройства и премахване на съществуващи сгради, обекти, съоръжения и прилежащи към тях терени»; Обособена позиция № 2: «Извършване на строителен надзор по време на изграждане, поддържане (превантивно, текущо и аварийно-възстановителни работи при аварийни ситуации), основен ремонт, рехабилитация и реконструкция на улици и тротоари»; Обособена позиция №3: «Извършване на строителен надзор по време на изграждане, поддържане, преустройство, ремонт и реконструкция на площадни пространства, паркови пространства, детски площадки и други обекти от благоустройствената инфраструктура».
