La fourniture, l'installation, l'entretien et le retrait des cuves au terme de la durée du marché sont également comprises dans les prestations confiées au titulaire du marché. Le marché sera passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire et à bons de commande. L'accord-cadre sera conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter de sa date de notification.
