## About this tender

Het voorwerp van deze opdracht betreft: Raamovereenkomst voor het beoordelen van de macro conditiestaat en adaptiviteit van het stedelijk (stad en OCMW) en commercieel patrimonium. Om te weten welke vastgoedkeuzes er gemaakt kunnen worden binnen de vastgoedportefeuilles, moet er eerst zicht zijn op de huidige totale vastgoedportefeuille. Door dergelijke beoordelingen worden zowel de tekortkomingen en de potenties van onze actuele vastgoedportefeuille in beeld gebracht. Het doel is derhalve in eerste instantie een beoordeling te krijgen van de hele portefeuille op basis van gelijke parameters en methodiek. De Opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen. 1. “Stedelijk patrimonium (stad en OCMW)”: focust op vastgoed dat ingezet wordt voor de kerntaken van de stad. Het gaat zowel om de eigen werkplekken van de medewerkers van de stad als om alle gebouwen die ten dienste staan van de Antwerpenaars: sportinfrastructuur,, residentieel, musea, districtshuizen, ondersteunde organisaties, kerken, kantoren, logistieke gebouwen, ... 2. “Commercieel patrimonium”: richt zich op vastgoedportefeuilles die volgens een commerciële logica worden ingezet en opbrengsten zouden moeten genereren.
