Le réseau CLEA est composé de trois branches principales : NORD, SUD, EXTENSION, et une liaison Chaufferie gaz / Chaufferie Biomasse. Les travaux prévus concernent la création de la nouvelle chaufferie chargée d'injecter de la chaleur sur le réseau de chaleur. Le marché concerne les travaux de VRD, terrassements, génie civil, charpente, couverture, aménagement des locaux sociaux, serrurerie, second oeuvre du bâtiment qui contiendra une chaudière gaz et une pompe à chaleur. La superficie envisagée du bâtiment est de 870m² pour une hauteur totale de 14m.L'acheteur se réserve le droit de rejeter une candidature s'il estime ses capacités financières insuffisantes ou si ces capacité techniques et professionnelles semble manifestement insuffisante pour répondre au besoin.
