Waste can be an empress and it is very important that the joint ministries have an agreement that can cover the need for removal of waste generated in the office areas. There is a need to enter into a framework agreement for Sanitation and return paper disposal for DSS on behalf of the joint ministries, Statsbygg and DIO.
