[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb spočívajících v pozáručním servisu a podpoře srážkoměrné radarové sítě CZRAD (meteorologické radary Brdy-Praha a Skalky a radarové centrum v Praze-Libuši), a to zajištěním prioritní technické podpory, vzdálené diagnostiky problémových stavů, dostupnosti aktualizovaných verzí radarového SW, expresní dodávkou náhradních dílů a pokročilým radarovým školením. Účelem je udržet vysokou dostupnost radarových dat pro uživatele a zkrátit výpadky v případě poruch. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění veřejné zakázky je obsažena v zadávací dokumentaci a v jejích přílohách zejména v příloze č. 1 návrhu smlouvy (NEVEŘEJNÁ ČÁST ZD). NEVEŘEJNÁ ČÁST ZADÁVACÍ DOKUMENTACE: Příloha č. 1 návrhu smlouvy – Technická specifikace předmětu plnění Výše uvedená příloha zadávací dokumentace bude dle § 36 odst. 8 ZZVZ ve spojení s § 96 odst. 2 ZZVZ předána dodavateli na základě jeho žádosti podané nejlépe prostřednictvím elektronického nástroje NEN (dále jen „NEN“) nebo též datové schránky nebo e-mailem a to do 3 pracovních dnů od doručení žádosti dodavatele o její poskytnutí. Žádost musí být podána v elektronické formě. Jelikož je část zadávací dokumentace zasílána na vyžádání, součástí žádosti jednotlivý účastník prohlašuje, že se zavazuje zachovat vzhledem k obsahu předmětu plnění mlčenlivost, dodavatel ke své žádosti připojí Dohodu o ochraně informací důvěrné povahy ve znění uvedeném v příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace (Dohoda o mlčenlivosti a ochraně informací), podepsanou osobou oprávněnou jednat jménem či za dodavatele, případně osobou s plnou mocí jednat jménem či za dodavatele (v případě, kdy bude dohoda podepsána osobou, jejíž oprávnění jednat nelze ověřit z veřejného rejstříku, musí být přílohou též kopie plné moci). Tímto je i povinen nesdělovat a nepostupovat její obsah bez souhlasu zadavatele třetím osobám, které se nebudou podílet na zadávacím řízení dodavatele. Důvodem je, že část zadávací dokumentace je součástí kritické informační infrastruktury dle zákona 264/2025 Sb. a souvisejících vyhlášek v platném znění.
