## About this tender

Dette udbud omhandler byggemodning, byggeplads, etablering og drift af skurby samt færdige belægninger i forbindelse med etableringen af CO2 fangst anlæg for Kredsløb Holding A/S (herefter Ordregiver). Opgaven er delt i 2 i forhold til afklaring af midler fra statens CCS pulje, hvilket også angives som NTP (Notice To Proceed) jf. tidsplanen. Del 1: Arbejder før NTP består af: • Adgangsveje og byggepladsarealer, herunder byggepladsforsyninger • Opfyld af gammelt bassin • Forberedelse til etablering af byggegrube Del 2: Arbejder efter NTP • Alt andet arbejde, der er noteret i udbuddet Det samlede projekt omfatter flere entrepriser og kontrakter, hvor disse udbudsbetingelser alene gælder for entreprise B02 ”Byggemodning, byggeplads, skurby og belægning”. Under henvisning til Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets artikel 65 kan det oplyses, at kontrakten i dette udbud ikke opdeles i delkontrakter, da ordregiver har vurderet, at den henset til opgavens karakteristika, samt de økonomiske, ansvars- og udførelsesmæssige forhold løses mest hensigtsmæssigt i én entreprise. Den udbudte opgave er mere detaljeret beskrevet i det øvrige udbudsmateriale. Der ydes ikke vederlag for deltagelse i dette udbud.
