Součástí projektu (netýká se památkově chráněné části budovy) je zároveň kompletní rekonstrukce fasády budovy jižního křídla MmÚ včetně výměny výplní otvorů. Dále bude projekt zahrnovat stavební úpravy střechy celého jižního křídla v návaznosti na instalaci systému fotovoltaických panelů s akumulací energie, který bude rovněž součástí projektu.
