Accord-cadre ayant pour objet la collecte, le transport et le traitement des déchets détenus par le Conseil Départemental de Seine-et-Marne. Les prestations se décomposent en 4 lots distincts. Chaque accord-cadre donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande exécutés au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins. Références faites aux dispositions des articles R.2151-8 à 11 du Code de la Commande Publique, aucune variante n’est exigée, ni autorisée. Les offres seront conformes aux prescriptions du DCE. Pour promouvoir l’emploi et combattre l’exclusion, le pouvoir adjudicateur souhaite mobiliser les entreprises dans une démarche d’insertion, dans le cadre de l’exécution du lot 1 : Déchets non dangereux présent accord-cadre. Des obligations environnementales sont fixées à l’article 4.5 du CCAP.
