Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytování služeb v rámci záměru technologické obnovy, ekologizace a dalšího rozvoje zařízení pro energetické využití odpadu a souvisejících stavebně – technologických zařízení určených pro zpracování a nakládání s odpady (odpadového hospodářství). Součástí plnění je rovněž návrh a zpracování řešení souvisejících pomocných provozů. Rozsah poskytovaných služeb zahrnuje zejména: - vypracování investiční studie - vypracování profesních expertíz - vypracování odborných a znaleckých posudků - úprava a doplnění stávající dokumentace - územní a stavební řízení (dokumentace EIA, žádost o integrované povolení, kompletní projednání s veřejnoprávními orgány, zajištění stavebního povolení a rozhodnutí o umístění stavby) - vypracování technologických postupů - vypracování provozních předpisů - vypracování dokumentace pro individuální a komplexní zkoušky - poradenská a konzultační činnost - inženýrská činnost - kontrolní činnost během realizace (autorský a technický dozor) - zpracování projektové a výkresové dokumentace – STUDIE - zpracování projektové a výkresové dokumentace – ANALÝZA - zpracování projektové a výkresové dokumentace – KONCEPCE - zpracování projektové a výkresové dokumentace – PROJEKT - zpracování projektové a výkresové dokumentace – PRO VÝBĚR ZHOTOVITELE - zpracování různých typů výpočtů - zaměření situace
