Obiectivul prezentei proceduri de achiziție publică îl reprezintă: Implementarea infrastructurii TIC în cadrul proiectrului: „Ciprian Prorumbescu - Comună inteligentă” Obiectivul general – Reformarea si digitalizarea UAT Ciprian Porumbescu pentru a raspunde in mod fundamentat si coerent nevoilor comunitatii locale. Obiective specifice sunt: OS.1 – Simplificarea procedurilor adiministrative din perspectiva front-office si back-office, prin actualizarea si extinderea solutiilor informatice existente la nivelul aparatului administrativ al Primariei Ciprian Porumbescu. OS.2 – Modernizarea infrastructurii hardware si software în scopul implementarii optime a solutiilor informatice de digitalizare a serviciilor publice oferite de Primaria Ciprian Porumbescu. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
