La chaufferie devra être en mesure de consommer du granulé et de la plaquette forestière. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un maximum de 2 000 000 euro(s) HT pour toute la durée du marché. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La date de début de l'accord-cadre soit le 16 février 2026 est une date prévisionnelle.
