La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans les Cahiers des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). La présente consultation est lancée suivant la Procédure Formalisée Ouverte définie aux articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre en application des articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-10 et R.2162-7 et R.2162-12 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le présent accord-cadre sera conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents avec trois attributaires. Montant minimum annuel : néant Montant maximum annuel : 5 000 000 euro(s) HT. Le présent accord-cadre ne fera pas l'objet d'un allotissement car la dévolution en lots séparés rendrait techniquement difficile l'exécution de l'opération conformément à l'article L.2113.11 2°) du Code de la Commande publique.
