Il sera fait application des prix au bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU) en fonction des quantités réalisées dans la limite d'un montant maximum de 300 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Dans le cadre de ses déplacements sur la partie du territoire de Grenoble-Alpes concernée par la Z.F.E. (cf. annexes du CCAP), le titulaire du présent marché s'engage à respecter les dispositions de la Z.F.E. issues de l'arrêté n°23-AC01155. Des dérogations sont possibles (cf. Annexes du C.C.A.P.).
