Obergeschoss ein Veranstaltungsraum (für < 200 Personen). In der Teilunterkellerung des Gebäudes sind Technik-, Abstell- und sonst. Nebenräume untergebracht. Im Dachbodenbereich wird eine Galerie sowie weitere Lager- und Technikräume errichtet. Die Haupterschließung des Hauses liegt am Alan-Brooke-Weg. Die Erschließung im Gebäude erfolgt über die vorh.
