Nová komunikace začne napojením na ulici Dubská a bude končit napojením na stávající stav ulice Na Valmetce. Ve stávajícím stavu se v území nachází budovy bývalých koksoven, z nichž jedna bude muset být nutně zbořena. Trasa povede po komunikaci mezi areály jednotlivých firem a kladenské teplárny, trasa povede po komunikaci mezi areály a tuto komunikaci nahradí až k areálu betonárny ZAPA, pod tímto areálem překročí železniční vlečku a napojí se na ulici Na Valmetce. Předmětem je zabezpečení přejezdu č. P10998.
