Plan drawings and a situation plan have been prepared that show the wanted solutions and are being worked through in cooperation with users. The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for a turnkey contractor, with his contractual partners for engineering design, construction and trial operation of the new building, in the interaction and execution phase. The procurement ́s value is estimated to NOK 105 million excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority ́s aim is that the take-over and moving in the buildings will be by 01.09.2027. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval.
