La mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre concerne la conception et le suivi de la réalisation du projet d'adaptation et de réhabilitation des anciens bâtiments de l'entreprise Alki en pôle d'économie circulaire, à Itxassou. Ce futur espace permettra à la Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basque de se doter d'un équipement permettant d'accueillir une pépinière d'entreprises dédiée à l'économie circulaire, un pôle a vocation d'accompagnement de porteurs de projet à la transformation des déchets et de locaux partagés (sociaux, réunions, etc….) Le projet intègre une rénovation énergétique et environnementale du bâtiment ainsi que l'installation d'une centrale photovoltaïque en toiture. Situé à l'entrée de la zone industrielle Errobi-Alzuyeta à Itxassou à proximité des RD 918 et 932 , le bâtiment industriel construit au début des années 1980 a fait l'objet de plusieurs extensions successives .
