For payroll purposes please note the following: • Permanent placements will be paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. • Fixed-term placements will in the main be fixed-term contract placements paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. However, from time to time on an exceptional and adhoc basis the Contracting Authority may have a requirement for fixed-term agency resources. These fixed-term agency resources would be employed and paid directly by the recruitment agency. • Temporary Agency resources will be employed and paid directly by the recruitment agency awarded the call-off contract. Throughout this document fixed-term placements will be defined as fixed-term contract placements and applies where the placement is employed and paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll or fixed-term agency and applies where the resources would be employed and paid through the recruitment agency’s payroll. The scope of the framework agreement is to successfully deliver (1) The proactive design and implementation of targeted talent sourcing and attraction strategies and tactics as set out in Section 3.3.1 that will lead to the successful recruitment and placement of the right candidates with the right skills and experience to the right roles at the Contracting Authority; and (2) the suite of recruitment solutions and services as set down in Section 3.3.2, or a range of these services as requested, that will underpin successful recruitment of these candidates.
