Το αντικείμενο του Τεχνικού Συμβούλου Διαχείρισης αναφέρεται στην υποστήριξη της Υπηρεσίας (Προϊσταμένη Αρχή και Διευθύνουσα Υπηρεσία του έργου) στη διαχείριση της σύμβασης κατασκευής του έργου «ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΗ ΣΥΜΠΛΗΡΩΜΑΤΙΚΩΝ ΕΡΓΩΝ ΤΑΜΙΕΥΤΗΡΑ ΜΠΡΑΜΙΑΝΟΥ, ΑΝΤΙΠΛΗΜΜΥΡΙΚΩΝ ΕΡΓΩΝ ΓΡΑ ΛΥΓΙΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΦΡΑΓΜΑΤΟΣ ΜΥΡΤΟΥ ΠΕ ΛΑΣΙΘΙΟΥ ΚΡΗΤΗΣ», σύμφωνα με την παρ. 2.ζ του άρθρου 49 του Ν.4412/2016, στην επιτόπου παρακολούθηση υλοποίησης της κατασκευής, στην πραγματοποίηση ποιοτικών ελέγχων σε όλα τα τμήματα του έργου, στην υποστήριξη της Υπηρεσίας κατά την φάση παρακολούθησης του έργου από τους Φορείς Χρηματοδότησης, καθώς και στην παραλαβή του ως άνω έργου.
