Drei Gebäudeteile (Ostflügel, Empfangshalle, Nordkopf) werden saniert und modernisiert, ein Gebäudeteil (Westflügel) wird abgebrochen und an gleicher Stelle neu errichtet. Die gesamte Haustechnik (HKLS, TK, GA) wird erneuert.
