The Project entails a marine development in Kissonerga Paphos, including a Marina with a capacity of 1.000 recreational vessel slots (both for the marine and landside zone, whereby wet berths should amount to 70 -80 percent of the total number of the Marina capacity and dry berths should amount to the remaining 20 - 30 percent), residential and commercial development which may include hotel infrastructure and optional infrastructure that can accommodate cruise ships.
