Implementácia nového Elektronického systému registratúry (ďalej len „ESR“) predstavuje významný krok v rámci digitálnej transformácie Univerzity sv. Cyrila a Metoda v Trnave (ďalej len „verejný obstarávateľ“ alebo „UCM“). ESR by malo reflektovať aktuálne požiadavky na elektronizáciu verejnej správy, zabezpečenie právne relevantnej správy elektronických dokumentov, integráciu s kľúčovými systémami verejnej správy a zosúladenie so strategickými dokumentmi Slovenskej republiky v oblasti digitalizácie a informatizácie.
