The agreement also includes the purchase of related products. The contracting authority aims to ensure that employees at the office locations have access to high-quality beverages from reliable machines that are easy and intuitive to use. The vending solutions should contribute to a positive user experience in everyday life, providing convenient access to coffee and other hot drinks. The cooperation between the contracting authority and the supplier should be characterized by efficiency and solution-oriented dialogue. Inquiries and orders must be handled smoothly, and it should be easy for the customer to manage the agreement, including an overview of leased machines, costs related to product purchases and service assignments, as well as compliance with sustainability requirements.
