Gezocht wordt naar een aannemer die een bouwsysteem / bouwconcept beschikbaar heeft c.q. kan inzetten en/of middels systeembouw binnen een kort ontwerp- en realisatietraject een flexibel permanent gebouw kan opleveren. Het project voorziet in nieuwbouw voor speciaal onderwijs (SO) en speciaal basisonderwijs (SBO). Vanuit de Anne Flokstraschool en SBO Het Mozaïek is de wens ontstaan om een Kind Expertise Centrum (KEC) te ontwikkelen, waarbij naast SO en SBO ook zorgpartner Zozijn onder één dak samenwerkt.
