Die Ausschreibung umfasst die vorsichtige Demontage des Bestandsputzes, die anschließende Sanierung des historischen Mauerwerkes (romanisch, gotisch und neuzeitlich) unter Einhaltung der denkmalschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben zum Schutz der historischen Bausubstanz. Des Weiteren Rückbauarbeiten wie die Demontage der Löschwasserleitung, eines Holzbodens und Elektroleitungen im Bestand, sowie die anschließende Herstellung von Stahlbetondecken mit Stahlbauteilen (Ortbeton) im Turmschaft und im Zugangsbereich (inklusive Estricharbeiten). Im Turmschaft sind Auflagertaschen für die neue Stahltreppenkonstruktion im historischen Mauerwerk herzustellen, diese sind nach Montage der Stahltreppe mit Verblendmauerwerk zu versehen.
