Les travaux prévus dans la présente soumission sont illustrés par les plans transmis par l’ingénieur, la direction des travaux et / ou l’architecte. Des rapports spécifiques peuvent être annexés et doivent être pris en compte par l’entrepreneur pour l’établissement de son offre (rapport géotechnique par exemple). Les plans et autres documents doivent permettre de donner à l’entrepreneur une bonne connaissance de l’ouvrage à réaliser. Le nouvel ouvrage comprend une station de pompage (STAP) enterré en proximité immédiate du lac. La structure sera située à l’av. de Rhodanie 15, 1007 Lausanne, sur la parcelle 4801. La STAP sera alimentée en eau du lac par deux conduites DN1000 PEHD. Concernant les travaux du présent appel d’offre, les quantités principales : Concernant les travaux de la présente mise en appel d’offres, les quantités principales sont les suivantes : Fouilles en pleine masse : 19’000 m³ Évacuation en décharge de type B (estimatif) : 4’500 m³ Évacuation en décharge de type E (estimatif) : 11’500 t Pieux sécants DN 1'000 mm : 214 pièces / 4'750 ml Étayage : 500 t Micropieux : 130 pièces / 3'300 ml Surface du fond de fouille : 2’100 m² Volume de remblayage des parafouilles : 1’800 m³
