Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor de levering, implementatie, ondersteuning en innovatie van HDR-brachytherapiesystemen en bijhorende gebruiksmaterialen binnen de radiotherapie-afdelingen van de aanbestedende overheid. De opdracht wordt gegund via een mededingingsprocedure met onderhandeling, waarbij de aanbestedende overheid streeft naar een optimale combinatie van kwaliteit, veiligheid, innovatie en kostenefficiëntie. Scope van de opdracht Hardware en software Levering van HDR-brachytherapiesystemen (inclusief applicatoren en accessoires) Integratie met bestaande ziekenhuisinformatiesystemen (bv. EPD, PACS) Software voor planning, dosimetrie, kwaliteitscontrole en rapportering Cybersecurity-compliant configuratie Gebruiksmaterialen Alle noodzakelijke consumables en applicatoren voor HDR-brachytherapie Levering volgens afgesproken voorwaarden gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst Onderhoud en ondersteuning Preventief en correctief onderhoud Software-updates en -upgrades Helpdesk en technische ondersteuning (24/7 waar nodig) Opleiding en begeleiding Training voor radiotherapeuten, verpleegkundigen en fysici Opleidingen voor technische diensten (biomedisch, ICT) Documentatie en e-learningmodules Innovatie en evolutie Mogelijkheid om nieuwe technologieën en toepassingen toe te voegen tijdens de looptijd van de overeenkomst, mits relevant voor HDR-brachytherapie Parameters en functionaliteiten De systemen moeten minimaal voldoen aan de klinische vereisten voor HDR-brachytherapie en compatibel zijn met bestaande workflows. Belangrijke parameters: Precisie in dosistoediening Veiligheidsmechanismen en noodprocedures Integratie met QA-tools en imaging-systemen Mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding met nieuwe applicatoren en behandelprotocollen
