[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών ασφάλισης κινητής και ακίνητης περιουσίας του ΙΤΕ και αστικής ευθύνης έναντι τρίτων και έναντι εργαζομένων, και ειδικότερα, η ασφάλιση του εξοπλισμού και των κτηριακών εγκαταστάσεων στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης, στο Ρέθυμνο, στην Αθήνα, στη Θεσσαλονίκη, στα Ιωάννινα στην Πάτρα και στα Χανιά καθώς και η ασφάλιση αστικής ευθύνης του ΙΤΕ έναντι τρίτων και έναντι των εργαζομένων και απασχολουμένων σε αυτό, δέκα (10) μήνες. Ειδικότερα, οι υπηρεσίες αφορούν στην ασφάλιση κινητής και ακίνητης περιουσίας του ΙΤΕ και αστικής ευθύνης έναντι τρίτων και έναντι εργαζομένων σε όλες τις εγκαταστάσεις του ΙΤΕ. Αναλυτικότερα αφορούν, με βάσει τα στοιχεία της 31/10/2025 (βλ συνημμένο αρχείο «31.10.2025 ΣΥΝΟΛΙΚΟ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΖΟΜΕΝΟ ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΟ») • Ασφάλιση Πυρός & Συμπληρωματικών Κινδύνων για ασφαλιζόμενα κεφάλαια 56.904.580,75 € • ασφάλιση ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού για ασφαλιζόμενα κεφάλαια 45.234.366,93 € • αστική ευθύνη: 4.000,00 €. και επιπροσθέτως, θα αφορούν και στην ασφαλιστική κάλυψη μελλοντικών νέων κτήσεων. Ενδεικτικά, εκτιμάται α. Κτήσεις από 1/11/2025 – 31/12/2026 : 600.000,00 ευρώ για το ασφαλιστήριο Πυρός. β. Κτήσεις από 1/11/2025 – 31/12/2026 : 1.865.000,00 ευρώ για την Ασφάλιση Η/Υ. γ. Κτίρια ΤΑΑ : 56.000.000,00 ευρώ (για το Β’ Εξάμηνο 2026). Η ασφάλιση των περιουσιακών στοιχείων που θα αποκτηθούν ή που εκ παραδρομής δεν έχουν ασφαλιστεί κατά τη διάρκεια της ισχύος της σύμβασης, θα γίνεται με έγγραφη γνωστοποίηση της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής προς τον Ανάδοχο και θα ισχύει υποχρεωτικά γι’ αυτόν από τη λήψη της γνωστοποίησης με τους ίδιους όρους, τιμή και συμφωνίες. Κατά τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης, η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή έχει δικαίωμα να ζητά ακύρωση ασφάλισης εξοπλισμού που αποσύρει ή παύει για οποιαδήποτε αιτία.
