Le présent marché a pour objet la mise à disposition de personnel intérimaire infirmier et médical. En vertu de la jurisprudence de la Cour de Justice européenne, le volume total maximal de l'accord-cadre sur toute sa durée est limité à : 8.160.000 € HTVA Passé ce volume maximal, il ne sera plus permis d'attribuer des marchés fondés sur l'accord-cadre, sans préjudice de la possibilité de recourir aux articles 38 à 38/19 des RGE. Les marchés subséquents en cours se poursuivent conformément à ses dispositions contractuelles. En outre, les dernières commandes seront passées même si elles font basculer le seuil. Lieux de prestation du service : • Hôpital Civil Marie Curie • Hôpital André Vésale • Et les trois Maisons de repos (Heureux Séjour, Quiétude et Pierre Paulus)
