Gegenstand der angefragten Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen ist die Tragwerksplanung für die Sanierung der Dachkonstruktion des unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Ratssaales in Castrop-Rauxel. Die Maßnahme wird durch das Bundesinstitut für Bau-, Stadt- und Raumforschung im Bundesamt für Bauwesen und Raumordnung gefördert. Der Zuwendungsbescheid in Höhe von 3 Millionen Euro wurde am 16.12.2024 erteilt. Der Bewilligungszeitraum endet am 31.12.2028.
