Die Flughafen Düsseldorf Ground Handling GmbH (nachfolgend auch FDGHG genannt) ist eine 100 %ige Tochtergesellschaft der Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH. Die Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH wiederum entwickelt und betreibt den Flughafen Düsseldorf. Der Düsseldorf Airport ist der viertgrößte Verkehrsflughafen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung für die Überlassung von Mitarbeitern im Gepäckdienst am Airport Düsseldorf im Wege der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Der Gesamtbedarf liegt bei ca. 10 Leiharbeitnehmern im Durchschnitt pro Vertragsjahr. Für max. 8 Jahre Vertragslaufzeit: Geschätzte Abnahmemenge: 16.500 Personentage, Höchstabnahmemenge: 19.800 Personentage.
