The team will comprise the following services. • Mechanical, Electrical and Process Engineering Services (MEP); • Employers Representative • Project Supervisor Design Process The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the above services based on Notional Hours and rates for various disciplines as detailed in the Pricing Document Typically, projects will range in construction value from €5k to €3M however there may be exceptions whereby the construction value may be outside this range.
