J. K. ŁUKOWICZA W CHOJNICACH” REALIZOWANEGO W RAMACH KRAJOWEGO PLANU ODBUDOWY I ZWIĘKSZENIA ODPORNOŚCI: KOMPONENT D „EFEKTYWNOŚĆ, DOSTĘPNOŚĆ I JAKOŚĆ SYSTEMU OCHRONY ZDROWIA” Inwestycja D1.1.1 „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych”, określona szczegółowo w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ)/ Formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz Formularzu parametrów technicznych – Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Zakres robót budowlanych w celu adaptacji pomieszczeń oraz czynności niezbędne do instalacji i uruchomienia rezonansu magnetycznego zawiera - Program Funkcjonalno – Użytkowy (PFU). Informacje w zakresie zasad realizacji dostawy, gwarancji oraz wynagrodzenia zawiera Załącznik Nr 12 do SWZ – Wzór umowy.
