Το έργο θα εκτελεστεί στις περιοχές Πανόραμα και Κάμπος της Παλαιόχωρας, με στόχο τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής των κατοίκων, την αντιπλημμυρική προστασία και την ασφαλή κυκλοφορία. Οι εργασίες συγκεκριμένα που περιλαμβάνονται στην πράξη αφορούν: • Κατασκευή / Επέκταση / Αναβάθμιση των δικτύων ύδρευσης, αποχέτευσης ακαθάρτων και αποχέτευσης ομβρίων υδάτων. • Πλήρη κατασκευή των οδοστρωμάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων εργασιών οδοποιίας και ασφαλτοστρώσεων. Η υλοποίηση του έργου αναμένεται να επιλύσει χρόνια προβλήματα υδροδότησης και αποχέτευσης στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Πανοράματος και του Κάμπου, καθώς και να βελτιώσει σημαντικά την οδική ασφάλεια και προσβασιμότητα μέσω της πλήρους αποκατάστασης των οδοστρωμάτων.
