Cette restructuration permettra à la Communauté de communes du Pays de Falaise de pérenniser les emplois sur son bassin de vie et bénéficiera de surfaces adaptées pour la croissance de son siège social. En effet, le projet de restructuration va consister en la : - Réhabilitation et l’adaptation de l’espace bureaux pour qu’il devienne le siège social de la Communauté de communes du Pays de Falaise (CCPF), (1 100m² environ), - Réhabilitation, division de l’espace atelier pour proposer de l’immobilier d’entreprises (environ 4 000 m²). De plus, ce projet de restructuration s’inscrit pleinement dans la politique de limitation de la consommation foncière et de la résorption de friches industrielles ou de friches à venir. Une première phase de travaux consistant en la dépollution et démolition du site est en cours et devrait s'achever début avril 2026.
