Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa przygotowania i opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo – kosztorysowej dla Zadania: „Budowa z przebudową budynków H i D dla potrzeb Mazowieckiego Szpitala Bródnowskiego Sp. z o.o.”. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie realizowany z uwzględnieniem Etapów: 1) Etap I: Wykonanie kompleksowej dokumentacji projektowo – kosztorysowej dla Zadania: „Budowa z przebudową budynków H i D dla potrzeb Mazowieckiego Szpitala Bródnowskiego Sp. z o.o.”. 2) Etap II stanowiący Prawo opcji: Pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w postępowaniu (postępowaniach) o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na wykonanie robót budowlano – montażowych (w tym na żądanie Zamawiającego - udział w postępowaniu/ postępowaniach o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego w roli biegłego); 3) Etap III stanowiący prawo opcji: Sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego w rozumieniu art. 20 ust. 1 pkt 4 Prawa budowlanego (w zakresie opisanym w projekcie umowy zał. nr 4 do SWZ), nad realizacją robót budowlanych objętych wykonaną Dokumentacją. Prawo opcji – Zamawiający może skorzystać z prawa opcji w zakresie realizacji prac objętych ETAPEM II i III na zasadach opisanych w projekcie umowy (zał. nr 4 do SWZ) oraz opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (zał. nr 11 do SWZ).
