Dodavatel bude poskytovat služby na základě smlouvy a dle nejvyšších standardů profesní efektivity a kvality. Dodavatel bude při realizaci plnění veřejné zakázky respektovat platný právní řád České republiky. Obsahuje-li zadávací dokumentace (zadávací podmínky), vč. všech příloh požadavky nebo odkazy na obchodní firmy, názvy nebo jména a příjmení, specifická označení zboží a služeb, které platí pro určitou osobu, popřípadě její organizační složku za příznačné, patenty na vynálezy, užitné vzory, průmyslové vzory, ochranné známky nebo označení původu, zadavatel připouští i jiné kvalitativně a technicky obdobné plnění.
