Předmětem dodávané služby bude soustavný výkon bezpečnostních služeb a ostrahy objektů zadavatele. Poskytování bezpečnostních služeb a ostrahy objektů zahrnuje činnosti uvedené v Přílohách ZD č. 4 a č. 5. V rámci poskytování služby budou poskytovateli pronajaty nebytové prostory v objektu vrátnice. Za pronajaté prostory bude poskytovatel hradit nájemné dle užívané plochy a standardního ceníku objednatele a dále bude poskytovatel hradit náklady za energie.
