Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława. 2. Zamówienie obejmuje swoim zakresem 137 zadań. 3. Ilości, charakterystykę oraz parametry techniczno-użytkowe przedmiotu zamówienia określono w Załącznikach nr 1, 5, 5a, 5d i 9 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ). 4. Ilości zawarte w Załączniku nr 9 są ilościami orientacyjnymi. Zamawiający sukcesywnie w miarę występujących potrzeb będzie każdorazowo ustalał wielkość zamówienia (rodzaj i ilość artykułów które należy dostarczyć). 5.
