## About this tender

Předmětem Soutěže je kvalitní, atraktivní a provozně efektivní urbanisticko-architektonický návrh sportovně-rekreačního areálu s krajinářským řešením, který se stane přirozeným centrem sportu, pohybu a komunitního života v Ďáblicích. Klíčovým výstupem je návrh nové multifunkční sportovní haly, která bude sloužit jak organizovanému sportu, tak školní tělesné výchově a veřejnosti, přičemž výstavba haly je plánována jako první fáze realizace (I. etapa). Zadavatel předpokládá, že návrh multifunkční sportovní haly bude z hlediska investičních a provozních nákladů úsporný. Soutěž má současně přinést ucelený urbanistický a funkční koncept celého řešeného území, včetně návazností na veřejně přístupné plochy, dopravní infrastrukturu a okolní krajinu (II. etapa). V delším horizontu lze uvažovat i o rozšíření areálu na sousední pozemky, které jsou dle platného územního plánu určeny pro sport, rekreaci a pohyb v zeleni (III. etapa). III. etapa není předmětem Soutěže. Podrobnější požadavky na předmět Soutěže jsou specifikovány v přílohách P01 až P15 Soutěžních podmínek.
