La présente consultation a pour objet les travaux des lots n° 01 (VRD), n° 02 a et 02 b (a : Fondations spéciales - b : Gros-oeuvre - initialement n° 02 Gros-oeuvre), n° 04 (Couverture - Étanchéité), n° 11 (Peinture) et n° 14 (Bassin inox) du marché d'extension et d'amélioration du centre aquatique communautaire Ovive à Ecrouves (54). Le projet consiste en la création de deux extensions au dit complexe : - l'une au nord comportant la construction d'une halle bassin, d'une halle indoor avec pataugeoire et splashpad (opération n° 1), - l'autre au sud abritant un espace détente, un hammam, un jacuzzi ainsi qu'un bassin extérieur (avec mise à l'eau intérieure) avec accès via la plage extérieure (terrasse couverte) à un espace sauna (deux saunas extérieurs) (opération n° 2) et une adaptation et amélioration du bassin intérieur inox existant (opération n° 3). Le site reste en activité pendant toute la durée des travaux (travaux en site occupé).
