Pojektet der udbydes omhandler opførsel af 40 almene boliger fordelt på 3 punkthuse af 12 lejligheder, samt 1 rækkehus bestående af 4 boliger – i alt 3.181 m2. Punkthusene opføres med rendefundament i jordrender, samt støbt terrændæk. Det stabiliserende råhus udbydes som letbetonelementer for bagmur, lejlighedsskel og elevatorskabt. Hertil laves alle etagedæk som huldæk, med slidlagsbeton og tilhørende isolering med gulvvarme. Facaden udføres som skalmuring med isolering, samt pladefalse i vinduer og døre. Vinduer/døre i træ/alu. Ikkebærende skillevægge udføres i porebeton. Udvendigt, etableres der ophængte stålaltaner, franskealtaner, samt baldakiner over hoveddør. Indvendige overflader fuldspartles og hvidmales, og gulv ønskes etableret med laminatgulv. For rækkehuset udføres det som rent træbyggeri, hhv. yder- og indervægge, etageadskille, samt tagkonstruktion. Tagbeklædningen udføres som kombineret stålpladetag på de skrå tage, og vandrette tage med tagpap. Facaderne fremstår i hhv. træ stål, STO puds. Indvendige overflader fuldspartles og hvidmales. Generelt for alle skure i terræn, er at de udføres i trækonstruktion med lodret træbeklædning, og med tagpap på tag. Ydermere består området af 25 private rækkehuse fordelt på 5 blokke, i type og udseende som rækkehuset for almen – i alt 2.681 m2 Disse udbydes særskilt, og er ikke en del af det almene udbud. Hvor de private rækkehuse udmaterikuleres, udføres de almene på én samlet matrikel. Fællesarealerne udføres som en samlet og gennemgående enhed med privat fællesvej, gennemgående fortov, og stier, samt grønne fællesarealer med blomstereng, og forskellige opholdspladser med bord/bænke.
