## About this tender

Zavedení dynamického nákupního systému, který není rozdělen na kategorie. Předmětem veřejných zakázek zadávaných v DNS budou dodávky standardních náhradních dílů pro autobusy a trolejbusy, jak je v podrobnostech uvedeno níže. Cílem zadavatele je disponovat okruhem dodavatelů, kteří budou schopni v reakci na jeho aktuální potřeby plnit předmět dílčích veřejných zakázek, a to v průběhu doby zavedení DNS. Veřejnými zakázkami zadávanými v DNS má zadavatel v úmyslu zajistit dlouhodobou stabilní hladinu skladových zásob. Jednotlivé dodávky na základě veřejných zakázek budou spadat pod následující skupiny náhradních dílů: Podvozek a nápravy BUS + TRBUS Brzdy BUS+TRBUS Motory a převodovky BUS Motor příslušenství BUS Filtry BUS Příslušenství a výbava BUS+TRBUS Karoserie a zasklení BUS+TRBUS Elektropříslušenství a elektrovýbava BUS+TRBUS Příslušenství a výbava BUS+TRBUS Trakční výzbroj TRBUS Klimatizace, ventilace BUS+TRBUS Ostatní – doplňující kategorie. Zadavatel k výše uvedenému uvádí, že v současné době disponuje flotilou autobusů značky SOLARIS a trolejbusů používajících karoserii a podvozek těchto autobusů, jakož i trolejbusů značky ŠKODA, takže v rámci DNS bude zadávat veřejné zakázky na dodávky náhradních dílů pro tyto značky trolejbusů a autobusů, nicméně s ohledem na kontinuální obnovu vozového parku nelze vyloučit, že do flotily zadavatele v průběhu DNS přibydou vozy jiných značek. Bližší vymezení předmětu plnění veřejných zakázek je uvedeno v příloze č. 2 této zadávací dokumentace, kde jsou uvedeny výše uvedené skupiny náhradních díl§. Zadavatel uvádí, že rozdělení DNS do výše uvedené skupiny náhradních dílů je platné po celou dobu trvání tohoto DNS, zadavatel si však vyhrazuje právo rozšířit položkovou strukturu náhradních dílů, a to kdykoliv v průběhu zavedeného DNS. Rozšířením položkové struktury se rozumí zařazení nové položky do již existující přílohy č. 2. Zadavatel sděluje, že v případě rozšíření položkové struktury, bude postupovat v souladu se ZZVZ a zadávací dokumentací.
