Projekt: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH, SVS Linz Raimundstraße, 4020 Linz, Raimundstraße 50, Strecke 102 01 Knoten Wagram (in Wat) – Salzburg HBf (in Sb) km 185.394 – 186.250 Hochbauarbeiten Teil-GU für das Projekt SVS Linz Raimundstraße Kurzbeschreibung: Für die bestehende und neue Flotte von Nahverkehrstriebwagen im Raum Oberösterreich/Salzburg der ÖBB soll eine neue Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur für die Instandhaltung von Nahverkehrselektrotriebzüge geschaffen werden. Die Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur wird am Gelände des ehem. Heizhauses an der Ecke Raimund-/Heizhausstraße in Linz an der Strecke 101.02 errichtet. Dazu sind folgende Arbeiten erforderlich (der Voraushub ist zum Zeitpunkt des Baubeginns abgeschlossen): Aushub Einzelfundamente, Arbeitsgruben, Leitungen Fundierung und Kellergeschoß Arbeitsgruben, Arbeitsgruben, Kanalisation und Leerverrohrungen Fertigteilkonstruktion, Holzbau, Rohbau Bürogebäude Schaltposten (Technikgebäude, nördlich der Raimundstraße) Erstellung von dafür Rohrtrassen, Wasserleitungen und Kanalanlagen. Baubeginn: 2. März 2026 Bauende: 18. Dezember 2026
