Die FSG ist Betreiber des Flughafentunnels B312 zwischen Filderstadt-Bernhausen u. Plieningen. Straßenbaulastträger ist das LRA Esslingen. Im Zuge der Untersuchungen wurde festgestellt, dass der Tunnel über eine veraltete u. zum Teil nicht RABT- bzw. EABT-80/100-konforme bauliche u. betriebstechnische Ausstattung verfügt. Um den Risikoerwartungswert auf das erforderliche Niveau abzumindern, sind umfangreiche Erneuerungs- u. Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen im Bereich der elektromaschinellen Tunnelausstattung und das Nachrüsten einer Brandbekämpfungsanlage durchzuführen. Bauausführung 2026/2027
